Ume & Pineapple Guava Shrub

A tart, fruity shrub made with ume plums and pineapple guavas, also known as feijoa fruit. These aromatic fruits have a taste of pineapple and mint but look like guavas. This drinking vinegar is excellent mixed with carbonated water or a spirit of your choice for a sweet and slightly tropical-tasting cocktail.

*Fruit pulp sediment is natural. Shake well to disperse.
