As a finishing sauce. Use it like you would use old balsamico.


Lemonade with Japanese Plum Vinegar by Siew-Chinn Chin

1 cup freshly squeezed meyer lemon juice (about 6 large lemons)
1/2 cup simple syrup (see instructions below)
2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon Japanese plum vinegar or to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients, stir well
  2. Serve over ice with a piece of lemon rind and a sprig of mint
