House-roasted buckwheat and a hint of ginger create a warm, nutty tea inspired by a Japanese classic. Naturally caffeine-free and gluten-free, it's delicious hot or iced—simple, satisfying, and timeless.

Directions for brewing: Add 1 Tablespoon tea blend to 1 1/4 cups boiling water in a warmed teapot. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Pour through a strainer and enjoy. For iced, wait until the tea is cold in the teapot, then strain and chill in the fridge. Enjoy a few hours later or the next day.
