Ume & Mandarinquat Shrub

A zesty and slightly peppery shrub made with ume plums and mandarinquat (a hybrid of mandarin orange and kumquat). This drinking vinegar is excellent mixed with carbonated water or a spirit of your choice for a citrusy, refreshing cocktail.  

*Fruit pulp sediment is natural. Shake well to disperse.
