It is naturally cultured through our award-winning Ume Plum Syrup’s raw maturation process, where we add organic sugar to a batch of ume plums and let the mixture rest for about three months. The juice is then strained and made into our syrup, while the remaining pulp is mixed into a smooth, palatable and velvety texture.
