Lemongrass Serendipi•Thé

Lemony citrusy flavors emerge from this non-caffeinated tea, with tropical and tangy notes from pineapple guava and rosehips. A slight sweetness comes from the shrub fruits. This tea is a delightful expression of our Serendipity Collection, created in the spirit of the Japanese ethos of not wasting anything. Leftover fruits from our fruit shrubs became the main ingredients, and the end result is happily a delicious tea! Enjoy it cold or hot. 

Directions for brewing: For hot tea, add 1 heaping Tablespoon tea blend to 1 cup boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Pour through strainer and enjoy. For iced tea, steep until cold or overnight.
